پیرامون دستگیری یکی از مجریان کشتار تابستان ۱۳۶۷ در سوئد!

روز شنبه ۱۸ آبان ۱۳۹۸ برابر با نهم نوامبر ۲۰۱۹، حمید نوری با نام مستعار حمید عباسی، دادیار سابق قوه قضاییه حکومت اسلامی ایران در فرودگاه آرلاندا استکهلم با شکایت کاوه موسوی و با همکاری ایرج مصداقی زندانی سیاسی دهه ی شصت، توسط پلیس سوئد دستگیر و چهارشنبه ۲۲ آبان برابر با ١٣ نوامبر بازداشت او چهار هفته تمدید شد، تا در این مدت شاهدان و دیگر شاکیان بتوانند مدارک خود را برای تکمیل پرونده ارسال کنند.

با پخش این خبر از سوی فعالان سیاسی و حقوق بشری، موجی از شادی قلب ما خانواده های جان باختگان و دیگر بازماندگان را روشن کرد و امید به تداوم مبارزه برای دادخواهی و اجرای عدالت در وجودمان جان تازه ای گرفت.

ما خانواده‌های جان باختگان دهه ی شصت، به ویژه قتل عام شدگان تابستان ۶۷، همواره از تمام حقوق انسانی و اجتماعی خود محروم بوده‌ایم. از جمله؛ ۱) از حق دانستن حقیقت در مورد چرایی و چگونگی سر به نیست کردن عزیزان زندانی خود که پیش از تابستان خونین سال ۶۷ در دادگاه های ناعادلانه به حبس محکوم شده و برخی محکومیت شان به پایان رسیده بود، ۲) از نحوه قتل، دیدن جسد، نحوه دفن، محل دفن و حتی حق سوگواری و برگزاری مراسم آزادانه در گورستان های بی نام و نشان فردی و جمعی در سراسر کشور و حتی در منازل شخصی، ۳) و به خاطر ایستادگی و تداوم مبارزه برای دانستن حقیقت، زنده نگاه داشتن یاد عزیزان مان و برگزاری مراسم در منازل و گورستان ها، به ویژه در گورستان خاوران و برای دادخواهی، همواره مورد خشونت و آزار جمهوری اسلامی قرار گرفته‌ و این آزارها از طرف حکومت و ایستادگی توسط خانواده‌ها تا امروز نیز بی‌وقفه ادامه داشته است.

هم اکنون بعد از گذشت سی و یک سال از فاجعه ملی تابستان ۶۷ و سر به نیست کردن و قتل عام عزیزان مان، برای نخستین بار در تاریخ حکومت اسلامی، شاهد دستگیری یکی از متهمان به شراکت در کشتار زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۶۷ هستیم.

ما جمعی از خانواده‌های جان باختگان دهه ی شصت، از تمامی خانواده های جان باختگان قتل عام زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۶۷ در زندان های اوین و گوهردشت و زندانیان سیاسی جان به در برده در زندان گوهردشت که محل کار حمید نوری بوده است و هم چنین از تمامی فعالان سیاسی، اجتماعی، نهادهای دموکراتیک ایرانی و بین‌المللی، مراجع قضائی و حقوق بین الملل از جمله سازمان ملل و گزارشگر ویژه سازمان ملل و نهادهای مرتبط می‌خواهیم که ما را در به نتیجه رساندن این پرونده شتیبانی کنند. ما در این زمان بیش از هر چیز خواهان روشن شدن زوایایی تاریک فاجعه ی ملی کشتار زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۶۷ هستیم. کشتاری که حکومت أسلامی ایران طی چند دهه گذشته تا کنون تلاش کرده است آن را از چشم ما شاکیان و دادخواهان و شاهدان این جنایت هولناک و جامعه جهانی پنهان نگاه دارد و حتی انکار کند.

ما ضمن پشتیبانی از قوه قضائیه سوئد برای دستگیری یکی از متهمان شریک در جنایات سال های سیاه دهه ی شصت، به ویژه تابستان سال ۶۷،  مصرانه از دستگاه قضایی سوئد تقاضا داریم:

الف- بازداشت حمید نوری، متهم به مشارکت در قتل عام زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان سال ۶۷ را تا روشن شدن حقیقت در بازداشت نگاه دارند تا خانواده‌ها و زندانیان سیاسی جان به در برده در دهه ی شصت که شاهد حضور وی در زندان گوهردشت و اوین بوده اند، بتوانند شهادت های خود را گردآوری کرده و به دادگاه ارایه دهند.

ب- ما خواهان محاکمه علنی و عادلانه حمید نوری؛ ۱) برای روشن شدن حقیقت چرایی و چگونگی قتل عام تابستان سال ۶۷، ۲) برای روشن شدن و افشای نام و نقش دیگر افراد و ارگان هایی که بطور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم در این جنایت سهیم بوده اند، ۳) برای روشن شدن نحوه قتل، نحوه حمل جسد، نحوه دفن و محل دفن قتل عام شدگان، ۴) برای شناسایی اجساد عزیزان مان در لحظه کنونی با تست دی آن ای، ۵) برای عدم تکرار جنایت علیه بشریت و دیگر اشکال جنایت در ایران و جهان هستیم.

ما اقدام قوه قضائیه سوئد را ارج می نهیم و امیدواریم دادستان محترم و دیگر مسئولان این نهاد قضایی با جدیت اجرای عدالت را پیگیری کرده و با قاطعیت در برابر توطئه و کارشکنی های دست اندرکاران حکومت اسلامی ایران که طی چهل سال گذشته دست شان به خون بسیاری از انسان‌های آزاده و عدالت خواه آغشته است و هم‌اکنون نیز با وقاحت تمام و جود هزاران زندانی سیاسی در ایران را انکار می کنند، ایستادگی نمایند.

 We call for extending the detention of Hamid Nouri (Abbasi) aiming to unravel the truth!

Regarding the arrest of one of the perpetrators of the massacre of political prisoners in Iran in the summer of 1988 by the Swedish police force;

Hamid Nouri، the former assistant public prosecutor working under alias Hamid Abbasi and playing a key part in the mass execution of political prisoners in Iran in 1988, was arrested on Saturday, November 9 by the Swedish police force, at Stockholm Arlanda Airport Stockholm. That detention was grounded on the imprison claim arisen by Kaveh Mousavi as the plaintiff in association with Iraj Mesdaghi who is a former political prisoner.

According to the court decision held on November 13, Nouri will be remanded in custody for 4 more weeks, so that other plaintiffs and witnesses could send and hand over their documents to make a solid case.

As a result of the spread of the news relevant to his detention by political and human rights activists, waves of happiness have lit up our hearts, and given us, the families of the murdered and other survivors, renewed hope and courage to seek judgment and administration of justice. 

We, the families of the murdered, especially political prisoners massacred in Iran in the summer of 1988, have been deprived of all our human and social rights, including:

1. the right to know the truth about why and how our loved ones were sentenced to death at unjust trials on the bloody summer of 1980s while they had been given the jail sentences before and some had almost finished their sentences,
2. the right to be given even a clue about how they were executed. In fact, the regime neither delivered the corpses nor any information of their burial process and sites was given to us. Moreover, they prevent us from holding mourning ceremonies freely not only in unknown cemeteries with unmarked mass graves around the country but also in private homes,
3. our resistance and constant battles for the truth, the right to mourn for our loved ones and keep their memories alive at homes and cemeteries, especially in Khavaran Cemetery, and for seeking truth and justice had led to the never-ending violence and rage of the Islamic regime against us.

31 years after the national catastrophe of bloody summer of 1988, in which our loved ones were slaughtered, for the first time in the history of Islamic regime, we have been witnessing the detention of one of the individuals accused of Involvement in the Mass Execution of Political Prisoners in the Summer of 1988.

We, as a group of families of murdered political prisoners in Iran in the 1980s, would like to request the families of the political prisoners massacred in Iran in the summer of 1988, who were Imprisoned in Evin and Gohardasht prisons, and also all the survivors of the Gohardasht prison, which used to be the Hamid Nouri’s workplace, in addition to all the political and social activists, Iranian and international democratic organizations , judicial authorities and international organizations including United Nations, its relevant agencies, and UN Special Rapporteur on human rights to help and assist us to reach our goal for this case.

At this moment in time, we want, more than anything, to shed lights in dark corners of the national catastrophe of political prisoners' murders in the summer of 1988. The Islamic regime has put a lot of effort over the past few decades in concealing that massacre not only from us as the claimants, plaintiffs, witnesses, but also from the international community, and even tried to deny that heinous crime.

We strongly support the Swedish judiciary for arresting one of the perpetrators of the massacre in the late 1980s and especially on the summer of 1988 and urge the Swedish judiciary to:

A.             extend the detention of Hamid Nouri who is accused of involvement in the mass killing of political prisoners in the summer of 1988 to allow the families and political prisoners that survived and witnessed his presence in Gohardasht and Evin Prisons to gather all their testimonies and evidence and present them in the court.

B.             We call for the public and fair trial of Hamid Nouri,

1) to illuminate the truth and why and how the summer massacre happened,

2) to clarify and reveal the names and roles of other individuals and organizations which were involved in the crime either directly, or indirectly,

3) to clarify the killing forms, ways used for carrying the bodies, the burial process and sites,

                    4) to identify the bodies of our loved ones through DNA testing, and

5) to stop and prevent repetition of crimes against humanity and other forms of crimes in Iran and the world.

We highly appreciate the Swedish judiciary action and hope that the honorable prosecutor and other officials of this judiciary will follow justice seriously and strongly resist against the conspiracies committed by the Islamic Republic regime which has been involved in slaughtering of freedom and justice seekers over the past 40 years and still shamelessly refuses to accept the presence of thousands of political prisoners in Iran.
