حمید نوری در زمان کشتار زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۶۷، معاون دادیار محمد مقیسه ای(ناصریان) در زندان گوهردشت بود. او و دیگر جنایت کاران دولتی در ایران که هم چنان بر مسند قدرت اند، عزیزان مبارز و آزادی خواه ما را در پشت درهای بسته در فاصله ۱۰ روز از ۵ تا ۱۵ شهریور ۱۳۶۷ به فرمان نانوشته روح الله خمینی و توسط هیئت مرگ از جمله ابراهیم رئیسی (رئیس جمهور فعلی) و دیگر شرکای جنایت کار او با چند پرسش و به خاطر دفاع از عقیده شان همانند دادگاه های انگیزاسیون پشت درهای بسته و به وحشیانه ترین شکل ممکن کشتند و در گورهای جمعی خاوران و دیگر گورهای بی نام و نشان مخفیانه سر به نیست کردند.

ما خانواده ها و تمامی دادخواهان ایران پس از گذشت ۳۳ سال هنوز نمی دانیم که آن انسان های عاشق که برای ساختن دنیایی انسانی، عادلانه و بدون تبعیض مبارزه می کردند را به چه جرمی، چرا و چگونه کشتند و در کجا و چرا به طور قهری ناپدیدشان کرده اند.

های محترم تقاضا داریم که برای خانواده های جان باختگان چپ حاضر در دادگاه فرصت بیشتری در نظر بگیرند تا آنها بتوانند با خیالی آسوده تر راجع به اذیت و آزارهای حکومت و بلاهایی که پشت دیوار زندان ها و در خاوران بر سر ما آورده اند و هم چنین از مطالبات ما خانواده ها که از همان سال ها علیرغم سرکوب شدید فریاد می زدیم را در این دادگاه بگویند.

We, “Dadkhahan - e - Khavaran” (the justice seekers for Khavaran), demand full disclosure of the truth!
We, a group of “Dadkhahan - e - Khavaran,” have gathered today in front of the Stockholm district courthouse to raise the voice of Mothers and families of Khavaran and to call for justice for the executed Leftist political prisoners and other dissidents in Iran. The Massacre of 1988, especially the execution of the left-wing political prisoners, which amounts to a crime against humanity or even a genocide, has received little attention from the ongoing tribunal.
Hamid Nouri was the Deputy Assistant Prosecutor, working under Mohammad Moghisei (Naserian) in Gohardasht Prison during the massacre of the political prisoners in the summer of 1988. Nouri and other officials working for the oppressive Islamic Regime of Iran, some still in power, orchestrated the execution of our loved ones behind closed doors. In the span of 10 days, from August 27 to September 6, based on a FATWA (Islamic Decree) issued by Rouhollah Khomeini, a committee dubbed by the public as the "Death Committee" sent the political prisoners who had already been sentenced to prison terms, had already spent years behind bars and had not engaged in any new activity, to the gallows. Raisi, the Islamic Regime of Iran's President was one of the members of the Death Committee, who based on only a few questions about their personal beliefs, just like the inquisition courts, brutally ordered their execution and threw their lifeless bodies in unmarked mass graves such as Khavaran cemetery, to keep the aspects of this crime against humanity hidden from the world.
After 33 years, we, the families of the victims and all the justice seekers still do not know why those devoted souls who were fighting for a world of humanity and justice, and free of discrimination were sent to the gallows, or where they are buried, and why they were forcefully disappeared.
We, “Dadkhahan - e - Khavaran," are appealing to the honorable judges and the prosecution to provide more opportunities for the families of all victims, leftist and otherwise, present in the court so that they can more easily describe the harassment, pain, and suffering they endured by the Islamic Regime of Iran during the prison visitations and in the Khavaran cemetery, and also allow the families to tell the world about their demands which they have been making ever since despite the extreme oppression, and their painful journey to seek justice for their loved ones.
